課程概述
為使學生能夠對於現今半導體製程技術有進一步的了解, 本課程將以製作標準mosfet所需用到的技術為基準, 介紹相關知識與理論. 課程內容可以簡述如下:
1. semiconductor basics
2. wafer manufacturing
3. thermal process
4. photolithography
5. plasma basics
6. ion implantation
7. etch
8. chemical vapor deposition
9. metallization
10. chemical mechanical polish
課程目標
1. 使學生了解標準半導體製程技術之知識與理論基礎
2. 使學生了解電子元件製作的方法
課程要求
1. 作業 30%
2. 期中考 30%
