The number of teaching weeks has been adjusted from the current 18 weeks to 16 weeks (including the final exam), plus two weeks of lecturers flexible supplementary teaching in the academic calendar 2021-2022. The first day of classes for the fall semester is scheduled on September 1st, 2021. The final examination week is from December 15-21, 2021. The winter vacation is from January 5th, 2022. The first day of classes for the spring semester is scheduled on February 14th, 2022. The final examination week is from May 30th to June 3rd, 2022. The summer vacation is from June 20th, 2022. When designing the course, lecturers can use the last 2 weeks to flexibly arrange supplementary teaching in addition to the 16 weeks of class. Teaching methods can include lectures, online synchronous or asynchronous teaching, international or off-campus internships, online courses, intensive courses, or seminars, and so on. In order for students to fully understand the actual number of teaching weeks, if the lecturer expects to conduct supplementary teaching in the 17th and 18th weeks, please indicate the arrangement of each weeks course in the course syllabus.
