Dear students,
(For EMBA students, please disregard this mail.)

I. Confirmation of Course Selection Results 1.Please log in to the “Course Selection Results” system to confirm your final enrollment results between Wednesday, September 17 and Friday, September 19, 17:00. Failure to complete confirmation within the designated period will forfeit the right to request any remedy in case of system errors or related disputes.
2.Confirmation path:myNTU → “Course Learning” → “Course Selection Results”
3.Please confirm whether your course information is correct. If accurate, click “Confirm Course Selection.” The system will then automatically send your results to your NTU email account.
4.Please note: Instructors may add students to NTU COOL as “auditors.” Auditors cannot earn credits or grades and are not eligible to retroactively request enrollment.
5.Faculty and departmental staff may download the latest course enrollment lists via myNTU → “Student Course Enrollment Count Query.”
II. Handling of Insufficient Credits
1.Students whose credit load falls below the University’s minimum requirement will be subject to a mandatory leave of absence or dismissal.
2.Those who need to apply for reducing credits must complete the Student Request Form (download: https://www.aca.ntu.edu.tw/w/aca/UAADForms_21102811111810357). The form must be approved and signed by both the academic advisor and the department chair, and submitted to the responsible unit of academic affairs by Friday, September 19, 17:00.
III. Course Withdrawal Applications

2.Applicants should apply on line and print the application with ratification by the instructors before deadline and upload the form to the Withdrawal Application System on time.

3. Please visit myNTU website to find “Withdrawal Application System” in the “Course” page.

(1) Students shall go to the Withdrawal Application System, apply course withdrawal online, download and complete the form, obtain the signatures of the course instructors (the instructors can reply the email or sign on the form as approval), and submit the form to the responsible unit of office of academic affairs, or combine the form and the approval of the instructors into one PDF file and upload the file to the Withdrawal Application System.

(2) The schedules of intensive courses are different from the ordinary courses. As a result, the deadlines of the course withdrawal application shall be regulated by the regulations of the course-offering units.
