課程概述
this course will introduce the key design concepts and implementation flows of modern vlsi systems. tentative class topics include:

1. vlsi design concepts and implementation flows
2. hardware description language
3. cell-based vlsi design methodology
4. full-custom vlsi design methodology
課程目標
help students understand and be familiar with the design concepts and implementation flows necessary to implement an efficient vlsi system.

prerequisite: switching circuit and logic design, electronics i and ii
