本門課為電子學延伸課程, 著重於類比積體電路. 課程主要包括元件及類比電路設計.

this course provides the foundation of analog integrated circuits. it consists of device modeling and basic analog circuit blocks.
課程目標
修課學生將學習從電晶體到電路的設計流程. 除此, 前瞻cmos 的設計考量也將介紹

students who takes this course would learn how to design analog circuits from transistors to block level. additionally, nanometer cmos design constraints are described.
